Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting my small, home-based handmade business! Because each item is handmade and prepared specifically for sale, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Exchanges

If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. While I do not accept returns as a general policy, I may, at my sole discretion, offer an exchange for another available item of equal or similar value.

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. The original item may need to be returned in its original, unused condition before an exchange can be approved. Any difference in value may need to be paid by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue. I will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Please Choose Carefully

Because my items are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, size, or appearance are a natural part of the crafting process and are not considered defects. Please review item descriptions, measurements, photos, and other available details carefully before purchasing.
